Its Been a While...

I would be sad to say that this blog is dead, but with an increasingly demanding job and social life, both photography and videography have been assigned rather meager time slots in my life, but nevertheless, they are there, and sure enough ill post some fresh material soon enough!


To keep a flow of material, ill post a couple of stock images I've had in storage from a sailing holiday in the B.V.I, dramatic sunsets and colourful panoramas, a stunning week.

winter

The winter is always an amazing time for me, allowing me to catch up with myself mid school year, to get on a snowboard, and also to travel a bit. This winter was no different, with three weeks off I decided to split my winter week by week, visiting firstly south Africa (where sadly, I took no photos, but i did get some surfing done), secondly, I visited my family in Denmark, here i took many photos, but found that very few made the grade to post, and thirdly, I spend a quiet week at home with a few days snowboarding and some time spent studying. while in Denmark, I walked down to the coast from the house we were staying in. The sun set at around 4.30 pm, creating a breathtakingly cold and bright sunset. with temperatures of -10c without wind-chill, I had some trouble changing lenses, but eventually found the shot I was looking for.

long exposures

here are some long exposures i took recently, some in the corridor of my boarding school, using liquid leaked from glow-sticks, and others taken from the bar night in the house....


please remember that NONE of my work is digitally altered, just pure shutter.

escape the system; a long exposures of my laptop

skiing in ischgl, austria, with my classmates. i am an avid snowboarder and i love being behind the lens just as much as i do getting some air myself. this was a great week where i got many great photos and had an awesome times with my mates.

this is just one self portrait, a can of deodorant and a lighter did the trick nicely 

here are a few snaps from a family trip to south africa. most of the pics were taken in pilanseberg national park, and some in the city center. some are ALSO taken from hartabeesport damn, an amazing site.

here is a few i did just playing with long exposures out of a car window, great way to pass the time.
